Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, medication administration, and behavior management.
Duties: – Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation – Provide emotional support and companionship to residents – Administer medications following proper protocols – Implement behavior management techniques as needed – Ensure resident rights are respected at all times – Maintain accurate documentation of care provided – Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
